How does Neuro Physio work?
Neuroplasticity
Neuroplasticity is the brain's remarkable ability to adapt and change throughout life.
The brain is able to reorganise itself by forming new neural connections in response to learning, experience or injury. This process allows the brain to compensate for damage, adapt to new situations, and develop new skills.
Neuroplasticity plays a key role in recovery and rehabilitation, where exercises and treatments are designed to encourage the brain to "rewire" and improve physical and cognitive function.
Neuroplasticity is not time limited and you can continue to make improvements in your recovery.
